**OVERALL PURPOSE AND SCOPE OF THE JOB**:
**MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**:
- Support the Senior CRM Manager in launching and administering a loyalty programme
- Create inspiring customer communications, scope and implement a consistent tone of voice and communication style which supports our brand objectives
- Ensure prompt, accurate and error free communications to our customers, helping to build loyalty and minimise unsubscribes
- Build strong relationships with teams through credible, fact based arguments
**WHAT WE WOULD LIKE TO SEE IN YOU**:
- A strong creative executer, with excellent copywriting skills and who can create compelling customer communications
- Commercially astute, balancing trade driving with customer relationships and brand/communication stories
- A dynamic, passionate self-starter who can prioritise their own workload and take full accountability for all aspects of their role
- The ability to be flexible and work to support the needs of the business including occasional weekend working
- The ability to travel to Ryman House in Crewe
- Experience working in retail ECommerce is preferred
- Experience working on loyalty schemes would be an advantage
