**Warehouse Planning Admin - Waitrose Customer Fulfilment Centre**

**Role Overview**

An exciting opportunity for Warehouse Planning Admin role is being created in our New Customer Fulfilment Centre for Waitrose in Greenford. You will report into the Warehouse Planning Manager, supporting an operation responsible and accountable for planning Colleagues and Agency across the Site within 24 hours a day, 7 day a week warehouse operation. Ensuring achievement of productivity and agreed key customer service levels within cost targets through a motivated team. To provide input and share best practice to support the current and future CFC operations strategy including recruitment and resource planning for future needs. To support the successful implementation of projects impacting on the CFC.

This new partnership with Waitrose is a key strategic priority for Wincanton and allows us to bring together our substantial capabilities in Food Logistics, Home Delivery, Customer Experience and Online Fulfilment. It's an industry first as Wincanton will be the only third-party logistics provider in the UK to operate an online Grocery Customer Fulfilment Centre.

**How will you contribute?
- As Planning Admin you responsible for ensuring that the resource and MHE requirements of the operation are fulfilled within budget throughout the year
- Support internal communication of volume forecasts and upcoming events
- Track client forecasts against actual polls
- Manage colleague holidays in partnership with the Shift Ops Managers and First Line Managers, ensuring operational requirements are not compromised
- Responsible for managing the creation and review of colleague rotas.
- Manage the site MHE instructor to manage the site training plans and maintain colleague training matrix
- Completion of site tracking documents for the customer and Wincanton
- Assist with the delivery and tracking of site CI plans
- Manage labour requirements, including the usage of overtime and agency resource in order to enable the operation to deliver the Service Level Agreement (SLA)
- Create, maintain and manage relevant planning tools for the management team to use, record and report all hours for both Colleagues and Agency.
- A flexible approach to working hours will be required
- To manage the site as Duty Admin on a rotating basis, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week
- Ensuring all Personnel policies and procedures are followed that enable Colleagues to be treated fairly and with respect in line with the Wincanton Principles. Creation of the CFC communication plan to ensure that information flows through all levels effectively and regularly to all Key Customers, colleagues to promote engagement and build good working relationships.
