**Area: Rotherham Care Group, North Locality, Ferham Clinic**

**Contract: Permanent**

We are looking for a highly motivated, enthusiastic Call Handler / Receptionist to join our busy admin hub, supporting clinical services in the Rotherham Care Group, who want to participate and contribute to achieving excellent quality of care for our patients. We provide frontline mental health services to people who are suffering from a mental health problem in the Community.

In return for this commitment we will support and develop your potential and skills through regular supervision and development in this busy role within our friendly Trust.

The successful applicant will be offered a full induction into the service and Trust. Supervision and PDR is offered regularly and the ethos is one of developing staff.

The successful applicant will be reliable and able to provide a confidential, quality administration and telephone service.

A high standard of word processing is essential, and you will be experienced in the use of Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook. Knowledge of Systmone would be a distinct advantage.
