**Collections Advisor**

Glow Green is a green energy technology company and we supply solar panels, battery storage, boilers, air conditioning and electric vehicle charging.

All our products are installed UK wide through our Glow Green Uber style installers app, and our network of 2,000 live installers nationwide is growing by the day.

We are looking for an experienced Collections Advisor to be a part of our ongoing success.

**Responsibilities of a Collections Advisor**
- Efficiently deal with inbound calls coming into the department;
- Call customers to help them complete their finance paperwork;
- Call customers who have outstanding payments and organise their repayment plans;
- Process credit/debit card payments;
- Overcome challenging conversations by providing the highest level of customer service;
- Update customer records on our bespoke CRM system;
- Deal with vulnerable customers, using TEXAS and CARERS models;
- Proactively resolve any problems customers may be experiencing;
- Liaise with other departments if required.
- At least 1 years collections experience;
- Proficient user of Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets;
- Good problem solver;
- Excellent telephone manner;
- Excellent communication skills;
- Enjoy working in a fast paced environment;
- Team Player.
