We have new vacancies for TWO full-time Senior Support Workers to be part of an inclusive team supporting adults with a learning disability and a range of associated needs.

This is for several sites across the Torquay area, working with people with different needs in their daily lives at home or getting out in the community and assisting the Senior Management Team in developing support plans, setting goals & objectives, overall health and safety, and being responsible for mentoring your team of Support Workers.

You will be using positive behaviour support to support individuals in a sometimes challenging but always rewarding environment, working alongside other staff where there is a real sense of teamwork.

Aswell as day to day management of Support Workers, setting objectives, planning rotas and developing effective support plans, you will be supporting clients, providing hands-on support and being an example of best practice.

Applicants should be organised and have really good communication skills, along with experience in the care industry, particularly supporting people with a learning disability and supervising staff - ideally in a supported living setting.

**Salary is comprised of an hourly pay rate (39 hour week), but sleeps are paid in addition at £45 per sleep.**
