**Renault Cardiff seeks a Senior Service Advisor to join our aftersales team. The role will be based at our dealership on the Penarth Road, CF11.**
The Senior Service Advisor role involves guiding customers through the process of servicing their vehicle, starting with initial booking of their vehicle into the workshop. Delivering high levels of customer service you will find out their requirements,advise on cost and timescale, arranging courtesy cars, liaising with Technicians, keeping customers informed of their vehicle’s progress throughout the day, gaining authority for extra work and invoicing, documenting warranty work in line with manufacturerprocess.
Senior elements to this role will include aspects of workshop control, providing assistance and/or senior approvals for other advisors, and deputising for the Aftersales Manager as and when required.
A solid track record as a Senior Service Advisor or Assistant Service Manager or as a highly experienced service booking advisor / service receptionist will be **essential**.
You must also have experience in using Kerridge, ADP Autoline or CDK Drive.
Occasional movement of customer and courtesy cars will be involved in this role, so applicants must hold a full UK driving licence to be eligible for this role.
The hours for this role are 8am to 6pm Monday to Friday with one hour for lunch, and 1-in-3 Saturday mornings from 8:30am to 12:30pm.
**In return we offer a basic salary of £28,664 per annum. This comprises £27,400 pa for weekday work + £1,264 for Saturday morning work. Monthly bonuses are payable on top of this which can add between £5000 to £6000 to your basic earnings. Serviceplan upsale commission is further on top of this.**
