An excellent opportunity has arisen for a Building Services Designer to join a leading and highly respected M&E Building Services contractor.

Typical projects range from £50,000 to £3million within the commercial sector, ranging from Cat A & B fit outs to full HVAC installations to schools, hotels, offices etc.. Due to expansion we are now looking to bring in an additional Mechanical Designerinto the business to assist and lead new projects.

Key skills needed
- Experienced on the contractor side (however not critical).
- Experienced with office fit-out work and the timescales that this work involves
- Other works include schools, sports centres, hotels, showrooms, swimming pools.
- Experience working with wet heating and CHWS, 4-pipe FCUs, VRV, VAV, domestic water and public health systems.
- Capable of producing site surveys and validation reports.
- Preferably trained in EDSL, Tas and capable of producing load calculations.
