We are looking to recruit an experienced school receptionist for our fantastic primary school located in Tower Hamlets (Central/ East London). This is a full-time, long-term position with a view to becoming a permanent contract. This school Admin Assistant role is due to start immediately.

Our school is a lovely, diverse and community focused 2 form entry Primary School located in Tower Hamlets. We are a short walk (6 minutes) from the nearest station, boasting excellent facilities.

We are looking for an admin assistant that can work within our office in partnership with the school officer manager. You will be performing all administrative processes for the school, including answering the telephone in a professional & clear manner.

**JOB**:

- **School Admin Assistant**
- To be the front of house
- To welcome visitors & visitor guidance
- Safeguarding & pupil records
- Long-term, Full-Time position
- £117 per day
- 35hrs per week - Term Time Only 8am - 4pm - Monday to Friday
- Become part of a fantastic back-office team
- Immediate start
- Located in the Borough of Tower Hamlets

**PERSON**:

- Proven clerical / admin experience required
- Applications welcome from current school admin assistants
- Strong academic background required
- Ability to use IT to support learning, good knowledge of 365 and Microsoft tools
- Experience of FMS / SIMS / Parent Pay Cashless payment systems
- Excellent organisational and communication skills
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team
