Our Headquarters in Folkestone currently has 2 MOT bays, 30 workshop bays, a state of the art 4-wheel drive dynamometer, an 8 bay Bodyshop with 2 ovens, and a state of the art diamond cutting alloy wheel refurb centre. We take pride in the fact that there is very, very little that we cannot do.

**Responsibilities and Duties of our Workshop Controller**:

- Managing a team of 15-16 technicians.
- Responsible for the efficiency and utilization of technicians within the workshop team.
- Ensuring all work is completed timely and accurately, managing the customers expectations at all times.
- Reporting and seeking advice on any problems highlighted whilst work is being conducted, so that the customer is informed where delays result.
- Keeping up to date with all technological developments.
- Supporting all team members and working together for the benefit of the dealership.

**Qualifications & Skills**:

- Proven experience as a Workshop Supervisor/Controller within the motor trade
- Strong technical knowledge.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Ability to manage a workshop team and give instruction.
- Good time management skills.
- Ability to work well under pressure.

**Benefits**:

- OTE Salary up to £55000.00 dependent on experience
- Quarterly bonus scheme
- 20 days holiday in first year, 22 days thereafter, plus bank holidays

**Working Hours**:

- Monday to Friday 8 am to 5.30 pm - 1 hour lunch
- Saturday 8 am to 1.00 pm - As per rota

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: £45,000.00-£55,000.00 per year
