We are currently seeking a workforce requirement for a highly skilled and compassionate **Complex Care Assistant** for to join our Complex Care Team. As part of this role, you will provide crucial support to individuals with complex needs in their own homes. To be considered, you must meet the following requirements:
Required Experience:

- A minimum of 12 months of experience in complex care is required. This should include practical knowledge and experience in areas such as Tracheostomy care, PEG feeding, NJ/NG feeding, stoma care, ventilator management, oral suctioning, oxygen management, humidifier management, cough assist management, BIPAP/CPAP and Nippy management, Epilepsy management, Diabetic management, bowel obstruction awareness, nebulizer administration, medication administration,, EOL care, and digital rectal stimulation.

**Required Skills**:

- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written English language skills are required. Strong communication abilities are necessary to effectively interact with individuals requiring complex care, their families, and other healthcare professionals.
- Positive Attitude: We are seeking individuals who possess a positive and cheerful demeanor. As a Health Care Assistant, you will be directly interacting with individuals with complex needs, and it is important to create a positive and supportive environment for them.
- Personality traits: We are seeking individuals who are young, positive, and happy, with an interactive personality. These traits are important in providing compassionate care and building positive relationships with the individuals and their families.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent, Zero hours contract

Pay: £15.54-£16.32 per hour

Expected hours: 40 - 60 per week
