We will be by your side from beginning to end, communicate effectively throughout the whole process and be personally involved from start to finish. - All Property Management will be dealt with "in house" rather than passed to a central call centre - We have an excellent online portal for all landlords and tenants to manage their property needs, all in one place - We have consistently responsive personnel, available 7 days a week and a highly committed and proactive team - Christian & Joe are hands on, multi-skilled Directors who will develop and maintain a personal knowledge of your property - We have a trusted team of tradespeople ready to provide your property maintenance requirements - We have an extensive portfolio of properties under our management - We advertise your property on all major portals such as Rightmove & Zoopla **Responsibilities**: - Negotiate sales and lettings contracts. - Communicate with clients to gain as much knowledge about their situation as possible and determine effective solutions. - Communicate information to team members on a regular basis to ensure that their clients are being attended to properly. - Meet deadlines which will include the completion of marketing pieces and other documents related to the sale of a property. - Be friendly and polite when dealing with clients. **Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent **Salary**: £24,000.00-£28,000.00 per year **Benefits**: - Company events - Company pension - Free parking Schedule: - Monday to Friday Supplemental pay types: - Bonus scheme - Commission pay - Performance bonus Ability to commute/relocate: - Sheffield: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required) **Experience**: - Letting agency (required) Licence/Certification: - Driving Licence (required) Work Location: In person
