**Support Workers - Drivers**

**Leyland**

**up to 39 Hours per week for Support Worker roles**

**£20,765 per annum pro rata, based on 39 hours per week**

This is more than a job; it’s a career that supports people to live life to the full. We are looking for resilient and friendly Support Workers to join a team that works in partnership with people who use our services, to enable them to live as independently as possible and to be part of their local community. As a Support Worker you will encourage the health and well-being of the people that you support, through enabling them to be involved in a range of activities chosen by the person supported.
- We work with each individual to develop interests and goals, activities that the people supported enjoy are;_
- **Long walks and map reading**_
- **Attending drama sessions and going to the cinema**_
- **Bowling**_
- **Shopping**_

At Autism Initiatives we work alongside people with autism, providing specialist services tailored to each individual. Experience is not essential, but a genuine passion for providing person centred support as well as a positive attitude, is key to being successful in this role.

In return, we will provide you with ongoing training and development, including supporting you to obtain your Diploma Level 2 qualification in Adult Care.
