**Self-Employed Cleaner - Residential Cleaning**

**About the Role**:
As a self - employed cleaner, you will be responsible for cleaning residential properties to a high standard, ensuring client satisfaction. You will manage your own diary and work schedule, choosing hours that suit your availability.

**Responsibilities**:
∙Clean residential properties, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitising surfaces

∙Ensure all cleaning tasks are completed to a professional standard

∙Manage your own diary and appointments

∙Communicate professionally with customers and the agency

∙Provide your own cleaning supplies and equipment (unless otherwise agreed)

**Requirements**:
∙Minimum of **2 years’ experience** in the cleaning industry

∙Reliable, punctual, and trustworthy

∙Ability to work independently and manage your own schedule

∙Excellent attention to detail

∙Public liability insurance (or willingness to obtain it)

∙Right to work in the UK
