**THE ROLE**

Within this, you can expect to work on:

- Developing and monitoring lending strategy across a range of products, with a focus on acquisitions strategy
- Optimising profitability and commercial performance across the business
- Managing the wider portfolio and working closely with other teams to identify trends and drive improvements
- Communicating closely with stakeholders

**YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE**
- Previous experience in designing and working with lending strategies across products
- Understanding of UK regulatory standards
- Experience in stakeholder management and communication
- Strong analytical skills and a desire to get stuck in to influence change in a fast-paced environment

**SALARY AND BENEFITS**
- Up to £80,000 base salary
- Hybrid work model
- Private medical care
- 25 days holiday
