Joining the Great Bear team as a Site Maintenance Manager, internally known as Site Facilities Manager, you will be responsible for day to day maintenance such as racking repairs, office maintenance, carrying out electrical work and repairs, managing Contractorsand overseeing the site building related activities.

Main Responsibilties:

- Plan and coordinate all installations with the Regional Facilities Team (telecommunications, heat, electricity etc.) and refurbishments
- Manage the upkeep of equipment and supplies to meet health and safety standards
- Inspect buildings’ structures to determine the need for repairs or renovations
- Review utilities consumption and strive to minimize costs
- Supervise all staff facilities staff (custodians, technicians, groundskeepers etc.) and external contractors
- Control activities like parking space allocation, waste disposal, building security etc.
- Handle insurance plans and service contracts
- Keep financial and non-financial records
- Perform analysis and forecasting
- Servicing and repairing pump Trucks
- Repairing Racking
- Repairing Batteries / Battery Changers
- Roller shutter doors Repairs
- Bay Ramps Repairs
- Lighting inside and out management and repair
- General Repairs for example stud walling and installing new electric points.

**Qualifications**
- Proven experience as maintenance manager or relevant position
- Well-versed in technical/engineering operations and facilities management best practices
- Experience in Racking repairs/maintenance
- Experience in electrical work and repairs
- Knowledge of basic accounting and finance principles
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent organizational and leadership skills
- Good analytical/critical thinking
- Hands on approach
- Relevant professional qualification (e.g. CFM) will be an advantage but not essential
