Commercial Analyst

We are looking for a Commercial Project Analyst to join our finance team and support the delivery of on-time robust financial information, driving decisions made across the business.
**Areas of the job involve**:

- Project cashflows (pre-commencement during build and post build)
- Tender milestone review and preparation
- Analyse estimated cost vs actual and update the wider business
- Detailed cost to come analysis
- Updating project information within company systems and reconciling through to long-term WIP
- Adherence and continual improvement of company control environment
- Support the Financial Director and wider commercial team
- Reporting into company forecasting and budgeting process
**Here’s what we need from you**:

- ACA / ACCA / CIMA Qualified
- 3 years + PQE experience
- Experience working within the construction sector
- Excellent attention to detail
- Communication skills
- Business partnering
- Problem solving
- Excellent excel knowledge

**Hours**: Full Time, 40 hours per week
**Salary**: £45,000 - £50,000 per annum
