**Self-Employed Delivery Driver - Start Immediately | Weekly Payments**

**Where We Operate**

Operating from our depot in Avonmouth, Bristol, we provide reliable delivery services across a broad area, including Bristol, Weston-Super-Mare, Axbridge, Wells, Glastonbury, and Bridgwater.

**Service Fees**:

- **Standard Route (approx. 9 hours)**: £167.80/day (£201.36 incl. VAT) + fuel reimbursement
- **Large Route (approx. 9 hours)**: £185.80/day (£222.96 incl. VAT) + fuel reimbursement
- **Onboarding Payment**: £130.50 per day (£156.6 incl. VAT) - includes 1-day induction and 2 ride-along sessions

**About the Opportunity**

H2O Logistics Ltd contracts with self-employed delivery drivers to provide parcel delivery services on behalf of the world’s largest online retailer. We operate across the South West of the UK, offering flexible route opportunities to independent contractors who enjoy driving, working independently, and delivering excellent customer service.

Don’t worry if you’ve not done this type of work before, all you’ll need is a valid driving licence.

**Key Features of the Engagement**
- Self-Employed Basis - You will be engaged under a contract for services and responsible for your own taxes, and National Insurance contributions
- Flexible Work Schedule - You choose which days to accept delivery assignments (up to a maximum six consecutive days per week to comply with health & safety laws)
- Weekly Payments - Prompt weekly settlement for completed assignments
- Performance Incentives - Discretionary bonuses based on delivery quality and efficiency
- Referral Incentive - £100 for each referred contractor who starts working with us
- Vehicle Flexibility - Use your own van (minimum 5m³), or you can easily rent a suitable vehicle through H2O Logistics Ltd

**What You’ll Do**
- Collect pre-sorted parcels from the local depot
- Load your vehicle and follow an efficient delivery route
- Deliver parcels to customers with care and professionalism
- Complete your route and finish your day without needing to return to the depot

**Minimum Requirements**
- Valid UK or EU driving licence
- Comfortable operating a short wheelbase van (minimum 5m³)
- Strong communication and time management skills
- A smartphone with GPS/navigation capability

**Getting Started**
- Complete the online registration and screening process
- Review, complete and submit the required documents
- Undergo a background (DBS) check (24-72 hours)
- Attend the familiarisation and Ride-Along sessions
- Start accepting your first delivery assignments
