**Description**

**The successful Business Development Executive will**:

- You will be a full-cycle sales professional, responsible for sourcing, acquiring, supporting through our credit process, confirming the delivery of card orders and on boarding your customers
- You will have meaningful conversations by phone which add value to customers by giving them information to support how they buy fuel and sell the benefits of our value proposition
- You will have the flexibility to be able to source businesses from sectors you have had success selling to in your previous roles, or call data provided by the company that suit our appetite with customers in the right industries, of the right size andcredit profile
- You will deliver high-quality leads from your prospects and customers, back to the business to support our cross-sell model, with a view to gathering the prospect's needs and requirements for our other products and services
- You will be responsible for managing your sales pipeline (with our support and training) and learn to review your performance through the sales cycle. We will give you full training and support to help you meet and exceed your sales targets
- The Head of Sales, Sales Manager and Marketing team will regularly ask you for feedback on leads provided so they can adapt their marketing campaigns and other work to best support you in winning new clients

**Profile**
- A willingness to work toward stretching targets and rise to a challenge for industry-leading financial rewards
- Enthusiasm for developing your existing skills and learning about our suite of products and services to add value to your conversations
- Organisational skills and excellent attention to detail, as you will be monitoring and managing your sales pipeline and obtaining accurate, in-depth information from and about your prospects
- Previous sales experience in any sector would be beneficial to your success in the role, particularly selling to trades, SMEs and customers operating vehicles

**Job Offer**

**The successful Business Development Executive will receive;**

Role: Business Development Executive (office based)

**Salary**: c£25,000 with c£35,000 OTE in year 1, rising to c£40,000 OTE in year 2 but this is achievable if you hit the ground running earlier in your career with us.
Hours: 08:30am to 5.00pm, Monday to Friday (no evenings or weekends)
Location: Strathclyde Business Park, Bellshill (ML4 3PE)
