Epos Field Service Engineer

Concept are currently recruiting for an EPoS field service engineer to work directly for a convenience store chain
**The Role**:

- Installation and deployment of systems using correct and documented procedures
- Data Cabling
- Provide EPOS operational standards advice - Via Telephone, modem, Best Practice and / or training
- Ensuring personal availability at all times required within defined territory(s
- Holding adequate spares availability at all times within defined territory(s)
- Compliance that all deployed / repaired systems are asset tracked and assigned to the correct customer
- Ensuring non-EPOS PC based ordering systems are supported and available
- Support the Helpdesk team as required
- General administration duties
- Communicate any observations of future potential issues which may arise from any IT system

**Working Hours**:

- 40 hours a week, predominantly Monday - Friday
- 1 in 3 weekends - Saturday + Sunday on call - time off in lieu following week

**Required Experience**:

- Previous experience as an EPoS Field Service Engineer, Electrical Engineering, Electrical Engineer, Field Service Technician, Maintenance Engineer etc.

**Package**:

- Salary £25,000 + company van + overtime available
- 23 days holiday
