Penrose Court Care Home is looking to appoint a Care Assistant, who will work alongside our empathetic and trustworthy care specialists on nightshift.

Our beautifully developed care home, situated in Biggleswade, offers exceptional levels of Respite, Residential, Nursing & Dementia Care for up to 65 residents.

We provide the highest standards of care, where it is essential to have the right people on board to share our passion in delivering care for the elderly.

As Care Assistant your main responsibility will be to provide personal care for each resident, attending to their needs by recognising and facilitating the personal requirements of each resident.

**Care Assistant Contract**
- £11.25 per hour
- 33 hours per week
- Pension
- 5.6 weeks annual leave
- Paid DBS
- Onsite parking
- Uniform provided
- Meal provided on shift
- Overtime: 1.5 X hourly rate over contracted hours
- Flexible working: 5 - 12 hours per shift

Ideally, we are looking for our Care Assistants to have an NVQ Level 2 in Health & Social Care.

Understandably, you may not have the required experience / qualifications, so we do expect you to have transferable skills and a genuine interest working with the elderly.
