A rare and exciting opportunity has arisen for a Criminal Legal Secretary to join a well respected busy law firm based in Ashton Under Lyne.
The firm offer a friendly and supportive environment and have an excellent staff retention.Ideally you will have criminal law experience however this isn’t essential and is a great step for an experienced Legal Secretary.
The role is supporting the Criminal Defence solicitors with their busy caseloads.
**Duties include**:

- Digital audio typing and occasional copy typing
- Typing general correspondence, file notes, witness statements, court and other legal documents
- Diary management
- Liaising with clients and organising meetings and appointments
- Accepting telephone calls and taking full messages

**You will be working full time, office based Monday to Friday 9am - 5pm.**
