**Overview**
We are seeking a passionate and knowledgeable Travel Consultant to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will assist clients in planning and booking their travel arrangements, ensuring they have memorable experiences. Your experience in travel sector will be invaluable as you provide tailored recommendations and exceptional customer service.

**Responsibilities**
- Engage with clients to understand their travel preferences and requirements.
- Research and recommend destinations, accommodations, and activities that align with client interests.
- Book flights, hotels, and other travel services while ensuring compliance with company policies.
- Provide clients with detailed itineraries and travel documentation.
- Address client inquiries and resolve any issues that may arise during the booking process or while travelling.
- Stay updated on industry trends, travel regulations, and destination information to provide accurate advice.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to encourage repeat business.

**Qualifications**
- Previous experience in a travel consultancy or related field is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of travel shop operations and hospitality services is essential.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a focus on customer service.
- Proficiency in using booking systems and travel software.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple bookings simultaneously.
- A keen eye for detail to ensure accuracy in all travel arrangements.
- A passion for travel and a desire to help others create unforgettable experiences.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent

Expected hours: 30 per week
