**Sales Executive**

**Location**: Rickmansworth, Hertfordshire

**Salary**: £25,000 per annum + £4,000+ OTE

This is an exciting career opportunity to work for a unique and growing organisation who specialise in organising corporate cookery team building events for clients such as Microsoft, linked In, Porche, O2, Barclays, Vodafone, to name a few. The companyare seeking to recruit a dynamic, high calibre Events Sales Executive to join their team.

**The Role**

Based in Rickmansworth, this role will be responsible for developing new business opportunities within the corporate market for fun team cookery related events.You will be using a variety of sales tools and the existing customer database as well as self-generatingmarketing campaigns to achieve the sales targets.This role will plan and execute the direct marketing, sales strategy & the tactical plan, so as to maintain, develop and grow corporate sales and revenue by 25% year on year into the business.

**Key responsibilities**
- To follow up sales enquiries in a timely manner with the goal of converting at least 15% into orders.
- To generate sales opportunities by diligently following up sales leads that come into the business as well as calling potential clients to create pipeline opportunities and future sales.
- Develop ideas and create offers for highly targeted marketing campaigns focused on the corporate market for team building, hospitality and client relationship building events.
- Managing existing clients’ relationships as the customer account manager to cross sell and increase revenue opportunities within the client relationship.
- Plan and execute and deliver customer events as required to ensure continuity of client relations and maximise client development opportunities.
- Manage prospect and customer information effectively to ensure that data is optimized for use in the business for marketing purposes and updated on a daily and weekly basis.
- Produce a simple weekly report on the sales forecast and pipeline.
- Maintain, develop and grow new and existing customers through appropriate client tailored propositions and sales methods.
- Initiate and develop ideas for lead generation & Marketing.
- Generate a programme to capture referral business opportunities and convert 20% of the opportunities into clients.
- Take an active part in team meetings and support with other activities/events that delivers business benefits.

**Skills, Requirements and Qualifications**
- A proven track record working within a sales role - meeting sales targets and closing new business effectively.
- Outgoing personality to network and call clients to research new opportunities to develop new sales openings through all channels of communications.
- Strong sales negotiation skills.
- A strong ability to identify customers’ needs and map sales propositions accordingly to close the business.
- Experience of working in an office environment.
- Very good spoken English and business writing skills.
