**The role**

Job Title: Warehouse Operative

Location: Thirsk

Reporting To: Warehouse Supervisor

Shift Pattern: Monday - Friday (1 in 4 Sundays)

Start time: 20:00 - 40 hrs per week

**Main Purpose**:
We are looking for a Warehouse Operative to participate in our warehouse operations and activities at our site in Thirsk. Responsibilities include picking, scanning orders and loading vehicles. The goal is to increase efficiency, profitability and customer satisfaction.

**Key Responsibilities**

Picking and sorting customer orders

Loading of vehicles

Forklift truck duties if licenced / Training provided.

Maintaining high housekeeping standards within the workplace

Adhering to all Health and Safety requirements

**Essential Skills and Experience**

Experience working within a busy warehouse environment

Experience of working with a hand held scanner preferred but training given.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £23,000.00-£24,000.00 per year
