As a trusted and preferred recruitment partner to this leading global provider of cloud-based solutions to the global financial sector, we have been asked to assist in the hire of one of their Technical Product Managers assume ownership of specific components/featureswithin Global Relay's Unified Communications product line.
Already benefitting from a dominance in the North American finance industry, our client is expanding it is London operations to better serve the UK and EU markets. This is an exciting time to join, and you will have the option to work from predominantly fromhome or within their state-of-the-art EMEA HQ in London.
Core Requirements
*Degree in engineering, computer science or related technical field
*3-5 years of experience as a technical product manager or product owner
*Hands on experience implementing front end and/or back-end services
*Experience with Agile and Scrum development methodologies
*Experience with SaaS and/or messaging platform(s) for enterprise markets
*Experience with project management (planning, monitoring, and reporting)
*Experience as a business analyst:

- requirement elicitation
- analysis
- domain modelling
- use case modelling
- workflow design
- documentation skills
Role Overview:
Working with Product Management, the TPM will define detailed business requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria for specific features, and collaborate with their Team Leads, Architects, and UI/UX to ensure high quality designs are produced. TPMswill also attend daily stand-ups, groom their team's backlog, plan sprints, accept completed stories, monitor progress, report status, and be involved in key release activities including documentation and training.
