We currently have a number of vacancies for Area Cleaning Managers.

**_The Role:_**

Once trained you will work either alone or as part of a team, you will have a company van with everything you need to carry out your job.

We are looking for someone who is committed and determined to succeed in this professional specialised facilities management position.

We are looking for someone who has the desire and enthusiasm to learn, develop and be a part of a growing family company and brand and to ensure clients are left happy and satisfied.

**_Days & Hours:_**

30 hours per week;
Monday to Friday, however there is a requirement to be flexible with the possibility of some early mornings, late evenings and weekend work. Due to the nature of the business any additional hours worked over the contracted 30 hours, overtime will be paid.

**_Applicants will need to be:_**
- Reliable and responsible with a flexible and adaptable approach
- Polite and respectful to colleagues and customers
- Punctual, being on time is very important in our business
- Work independently using initiative and able to self-motivate at times
- Good attention to detail, to maintain high standards at all times
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Able to give instructions, follow them through and ensure they are fully delivered.
- Deal with requests promptly and courteously

**Salary**: £12.00 per hour
