We are offering a fantastic opportunity for An Advanced Mental Health Practitioner to join our team. Atom is an exciting & innovative joint venture between the NHS and the local authority.

The team is a trauma informed, multi-agency service working with young people in or on the Edge of Care, where there is a risk of placement breakdown or disruption, It is based on the No Wrong Door model of care.

We are a busy, innovative, creative, and friendly service providing a range of interventions. We are inspired by systemic approaches, narrative therapy, creative therapies, the neuro-sequential model, and Dyadic Developmental Psychotherapy. We work in close collaboration with partner agencies. The role includes offering training and consultation. You will be offering direct and indirect work. Our service is formulation driven and we aim to create a holistic view of young people through the lenses our different agencies and professionals bring to the team.

You will have access to individual and peer supervision to help your career and personal development. There are opportunities to be involved with service development, audit and evaluation. There are ample opportunities for further training and CPD. We provide an exciting in-house training package, introductions to Non Violent Resistance informed approaches and therapeutic parenting.
