Factory Labourer

**Title: Factory Labourer / Labourer Days**

** NEW ROLE AVAILABLE ** **Due to an increase in workload, our client, one of the UK’s leading manufacturers of access, storage and manual handling equipment currently requires **General labourers** to join their team based in Redditch. This opportunity will potentially lead to a permanent contract after the completion of a successful trial period.

Start date 25th march.

**Duties/responsibilities;**
- Prime responsibility is to prepare all product by wiping down and cleaning to ensure it is ready for the powder coating process.
- Loading product onto the track (unloading when required)
- Perform general labouring tasks as assigned by the Production Manager
- Complete weekly checklist for the coating plant

**Working hours;**
- Monday to Thursday - 07.45 - 16.45
- Fridays 07.45 - 12.45

**Pay rate;**
- £11.44 per hour

**Overtime;**
- Overtime paid at time and a half after 39 hours, paid at £17.16 per hour
