**HR Manager, Poole, Hybrid working, £45,000**
Role**purpose**
As **HR Manager**you will report into the CEO for this forward-thinking product distribution company. You will be responsible for **all HR** processes and bring an innovative and dynamic approach to the business as they go through growth. Leading on Training and Development and organisation structure you will play as pivotal role in ensuring the company enhances its **enviable positive culture**.
As **HR Manager**you will:
- Implement the **HR people strategy** working closely with key stakeholders in the business to support the strategy and business growth
- Provide an **effective employee relations** support service, which enables a productive, engaged and inspired team
- Manage the **development of staff**within the business through training and development, succession planning and retention, ensuring that the company is an employee's prime choice
- Facilitate a **talent and recruitment strategy**, with an opportunity to create and implement a new recruitment process
- Work closely with the Directors in **determining compensation and benefits** offered
- Design and implement the **L&D people strategy** to ensure that development across the board is supporting the business objectives
As **Head of People and Culture**you will have:
- CIPD Level 5 qualification - desirable
- Experience of working within a **fast paced** growing company
- Managed all aspects of the **employee life cycle**:
- Produced reports and statistics utilising an HR system
- A pragmatic and commercial approach
- A **positive attitude**, be a self-starter, personal energy and resilience
