We are currently recruiting for an immediately available Finance Manager located in Coleshill. You will become an integral part of the team as the business continues to go from strength to strength.

As the Finance Manager, you will report directly in to the Managing Director, overseeing the transactional department. This is a fantastic opportunity to take charge of your own function and have an immediate impact on the success of the business and improvecurrent processes and procedures and ensuring tasks are completed in a timely and accurate manner

Ideally, You Will:

- Have previous experience a similar role track record of implementing new ideas and improving processes
- Be able to communicate confidently and liaise with all related stakeholders across the business and be trusted to be responsible for a number of duties
- Have extensive experience and knowledge across transactional finance and management accounts with the initiative to work in a fast paced environment with tight deadlines
- Proficient in Excel and other MS products with a high level of attention to detail that will assist you in generating accurate analysis
