This is also a great opportunity for RMN's looking to relocate from a busy city environment to enjoy a more relaxed countryside setting with great house prices in the region being considerably lower than the bigger cities near the region suchas Birmingham for example.Your new role Working in an identified adult community mental health pathway, with the flexibility of working across pathways, dependent on skill and service need. Delivering a high quality clinical service to service users and theirfamilies. Managing a complex caseload and responsible for clinical and caseload supervision of other team members where identified. Operating as care coordinator for a defined case load of service users. Delivering therapeutic interventions, in accordancewith an agreed care plan, to an identified group of people experiencing mental health related difficulties. The hours are 37.5 per week flexible between Monday - Friday (8am - 8pm) and you are in control of your hours, as this is a Community Role rather toWard based, you will be in charge of your own caseload to manage so is a perfect opportunity for RMN's who need to be flexible with their working patterns to balance home/work life much easier.
