This part of the role offers an opportunity to earn a significant sales bonus / commission.**

**The ‘Fitness Trainer’ side of you must be confident working with groups, be able to connect and engage easily with our clients. You will need to be somebody with a willingness to go the extra mile and contribute towards the training team excelling in everything it does.**

**You will be working with small and medium groups of clients, running sessions that have been designed to achieve proven and outstanding results for them.**

**Sales Duties**:

- **Sell our programmes in person on a 'one to one' or small group consultation basis.**:

- **Renew existing memberships.**:

- **General admin and sales reporting duties.**

**Fitness Trainer Duties**:

- **Deliver fitness training sessions using our well developed and proven ‘Complete Body Workout System’**:

- **Provide nutrition support and education to our clients.**:

- **General gym admin / housekeeping.**

**To join our team you will need**:

- **a minimum 12 months proven sales track record (in any field).**:

- **to hold a Level 3 Fitness Trainer qualification or a Level 2 with evidence that you are working towards Level 3.**:

- **to hold a current UK driving license and be able to drive to any one of our 3 studios located in Poole, Christchurch and Ringwood.**:

- **to be prepared to work up to 8hr shifts ranging between the hours of 06:00 to 21:00 Monday to Saturday.**:

- **to be prepared to work at any of our studios. We plan the shifts and work locations on a rota basis to ensure a fair and equitable distribution of workload.**

**Details**:

- **The role offers a contracted minimum average of 30 hours a week. There is also opportunity for overtime to be taken if required from time to time, at times of high demand and for holiday cover.**:

- **We will offer a basic salary + commission on sales, which equates to a realistic achievable OTE package £30,000+/year**:

- **This is not a self-employed position, it is contracted, employed with guaranteed hours, holiday pay and other benefits including**:
