**Production Planner**
**Salary Circa £26K-£30k dependent upon experience**
Electron Technical Solutions is a leader in finishing, decorating and assembly of automotive plastic components and we are looking for a Production Planner to join our highly successful team on a permanent basis.
Reporting to the Logistics Manager you will be working closely with the management team to ensure that all customer demands are communicated effectively to the shop floor and that orders are completed and delivered on time. This role involves:
- Analysis of customer manufacturing requirements from orders and schedules in order to assist with the planning process
- Ordering and scheduling components from customers/suppliers
- Resolving capacity issues with supplier/customer to best accommodate ours and customer needs
- Ensuring all transport requirements are in place
- Liaising with warehousing and despatch
- Monitor stock levels to ensure accurate production scheduling on a daily basis
- Planning production processes to ensure best efficiencies
- Procurement of internal production consumables
- Collating data for KPIs on delivery and supplier performance
- Excellent communication and customer liaison both internally and externally
- Responsible for Stock Awareness and Inventory Control
- Ensuring that activities meet with and integrate with organisational requirements for quality management, health and safety, legal stipulations, environmental policies and duty of care
- Ensuring that all objectives are in line with the company’s business plan and objectives
Hours of work:
08:15 - 5pm Monday to Thursday
08:15 - 3pm Friday
**Salary**: £26,000.00-£30,000.00 per year
