We’re rapidly expanding so need customer service focused people to join our team at Heroes Bar to help bring a little bit of magic to each passenger that stops by our outlets.
**What you’ll be doing and why you’ll love it**
As a Team Member at SSP you’ll deliver exceptional customer service to the public as they come into our stores. They may be on their way to a holiday or travelling for business so an efficient and friendly service is key. Some of your specific responsibility will include working as part of a team serving food and drinks to customers, maintaining unit displays along with a clean and organised workspace, all in a luxury environment.
In the retail industry, flexibility is key You’ll be working a variety of shifts between 10am - 10pm including weekends.
Being able to stay calm during busy periods and have a positive attitude will be vital.
Please note that due to some of the responsibility of the role, you will need to be 18 years old or over.
