**Health Care Assistant**

**Bank Contract**

**£14 - £15 per visit**

Bionical Solutions are a UK and US based healthcare business delivering care to patients in their own homes.

Our services are growing across the UK and we need **Health Care Assistants **to join us on our renal dialysis service where you’ll be known as a **Renal Technician**.

So, what is a Renal Technician role at Bionical Solutions?

The Job
- Visiting patients to support them with their dialysis
- Connecting, disconnecting and setting-up **peritoneal dialysis** machines
- Performing general **health checks** including blood pressure etc.
- Supporting the patient and building a professional relationship
- The working hours of the service are Monday to Sunday, 7am to 10pm

Full training is provided, but you need to be available to attend a **5-day training course** in Derby - all expenses are covered

**Requirements**:

- Prior experience within healthcare or a desire to provide patient care
- **NVQ Level 2 in Health and Social Care **or equivalent experience
- **Process driven **mentality and ability to follow instructions
- Clinical skills e.g. phlebotomy, cannulation, stoma care and catheterisation are desirable but not essential
- **UK Driving Licence** and access to your own vehicle
- Happy to travel to patients over an hour from your home

**Job Type**: Zero hours contract

**Salary**: £14.00-£15.00 per hour
