We are on the lookout for a Front of House Executive to join our team. This is not just any reception role; it's an opportunity to be at the heart of our operations, ensuring every client and visitor experiences exceptional service from the moment they walk through our doors. The hours of work are Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM, with flexibility essential to support VIP events.
As a Front of House Executive, you will be responsible for:
- Delivering Exceptional Service: Be the friendly face that greets every client and visitor, ensuring they feel welcomed and valued from the moment they step through our doors.
- Meeting Room Maestro: Prepare and manage our meeting rooms, keeping the booking diary up-to-date and ensuring everything runs smoothly.
- Reception Superstar: Serve as the primary point of contact at our vibrant reception desk, handling enquiries with a smile and maintaining a professional yet warm atmosphere.
- Reception Area Aficionado: Keep our reception area looking pristine and inviting, reflecting the high standards of our company.
- Administrative Ace: Support management with a variety of administrative tasks, showcasing your organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Maintenance Collaborator: Work closely with the maintenance team, handling simple fixes and ensuring our office environment is always at its best.
- Service Standard Bearer: Uphold the highest service standards, consistently delivering excellence in every interaction.
- Team Player: Foster positive working relationships with colleagues across all departments, contributing to a collaborative and supportive work environment.
- Travel and Accommodation Guru: Manage travel and accommodation arrangements, as well as car parking allocations for our HQ, ensuring everything is coordinated seamlessly.
