In this role you will carry out general labouring duties in order to assist the Construction Team to keep our rides, attractions, equipment, properties and facilities within the park to a high standard of safety and efficiency.
- Carry out any other reasonable duties or responsibilities as defined by your manager, supervisor and/or Director.
- Loading and unloading of material either into store or across the site. This will involve manual handling of heavy and/or awkward objects.
- Fully participate in the execution of the annual winter maintenance and certification programme including all associated record keeping as demanded by the HSE Guidance Notes and statutory requirements.
- To implement and maintain a positive Health & Safety culture ensuring that Company health and safety systems and procedures are understood and adhered to.
- To ensure the risk assessment, standard operating procedures, fire risk assessments and COSHH assessments are current and your understanding.
- To ensure that all equipment is well maintained and kept clean.
- To report any observations, faults, defects etc.
- To produce reports on the above as required and to attend such meetings as are required both internally and externally.
- To maintain confidentiality and adhere to data protection regulations.
- To communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing to your Manager.
- To carry out any other duties and responsibilities as defined by your Manager based on the changing needs of the business.
