Aneurin Bevan Health Board is looking for super-organised administrative support that can help run our Covid-19 testing system effectively with particular emphasis on the smooth running of the booking process.
This includes the operation of relevant Health Board IT systems e.g. WCP/Outlook/ WDS and WPAS and providing correspondence to individuals in relation to their appointment. The post holder will also provide regular administrative support to teams in other areas of the Health Board when required and as directed by their line manager.
The ability to speak Welsh is desirable for this post; English and/or Welsh speakers are equally welcome to apply
- The operation of relevant Health Board IT systems e.g. WCP/Outlook/ WDS and WPAS and providing correspondence to individuals in relation to their appointment.
- Provide regular administrative support to teams in other areas of the Health Board when required and as directed by their line manager.
- To deal with telephone queries.
- Communicating information verbally and in writing, routine information with patients and staff. There may be barriers to understanding for example anxious patients, cultural differences, and language or communication difficulties.
