Sanctuary Personnel, a leading recruitment company within the private and public sector has a locum role for an Admin Assistant to work within an Occupational Health Team based in Wakefield.

The pay rate for this Admin Assistant role is £13.29 per hour (LTD) and has an initial 10-month contract.

Working hours are Monday to Friday from 8am to 4pm with a 3-minute lunch to be taken at 12:30pm. There is also the potential to work from home for 1 or 2 days per week once all necessary training has been undertaken.
**Main duties**:

- Submitting correspondence /reports/ other documents accurately to staff / managers
- Process pre-employment forms for new starters
- Process management referrals for staff members and book necessary appointments
- Dealing with telephone calls/ messages
- Photocopying/ Filing/ Scanning
- Receiving visitors/Reception
- Monitor and maintain department stationery supplies
- Reporting faults
- Mail handling
- Booking appointments via the OH Database
- Managing clinician diaries
- Demonstrate duties to new starters
- Provide cover for other members of the team
- Update starters and leavers on the database
- Take confidential staff counselling referrals and record on the system
**Requirements of the Admin Assistant**:

- You must have experience working as an Administrator
- Health care experience is essential
