You will be working within the Soft Services Team, carrying out their duties effectively and efficiently in accordance with contractual requirements. There are no fixed qualifications required however your communication skillsmust be outstanding as well as your customer service.

SHIFT: 4 on 4 off.

RATE: £15.94 per hour

LOCATION: Heathrow Airport

YOU MUST HAVE:

SKILLS NEEDED:

- Enthusiastic in delivering service excellence

MAIN DUTIES:

- Monitor the performance of all staff in the soft services team.
- Report all accidents and/or potential hazards to the Team Leader.
- Ensure all areas within the relevant Zone are cleaned to the required
- To carry out Damage Control as directed by Team Leader/Supervisor
- To carry out Fire Watch as directed by Team Leader/Supervisor
- To step up to Team Leader as required to cover holiday/sick
- To undertake any other related duties which are within the job holder’s capability, according to the needs of the business.
- Manage the holidays and absences of the Cleaning
- Ensure staff are reviewed on a regular basis and annual appraisals are carried out on direct reports.
- Provide specific training on equipment, cleaning practices and use of chemicals to the Soft Services Team on site.
- Carry out a weekly check of all cleaning machinery
- Respond to Customer complaints immediately in conjunction with the Duty Manager.
