**Job Summary**

**Duties**
- Perform thorough cleaning of guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces to ensure high standards of cleanliness and hygiene.
- Change bed linens, towels, and other amenities as required, ensuring that all items are fresh and well-presented.
- Dust, vacuum, and mop floors; clean windows and mirrors; and sanitise bathrooms to maintain a pristine environment.
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management promptly.
- Restock cleaning supplies and report shortages to ensure that all necessary materials are available.
- Follow established procedures for cleaning tasks while adhering to health and safety regulations.
- Provide exceptional customer service by responding to guest requests in a timely and courteous manner.

**Skills**
- Previous experience in hospitality or hotel housekeeping is preferred but not essential.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to maintain high standards of cleanliness.
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage time effectively.
- Good communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact with guests and team members.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- A positive attitude with a commitment to providing outstanding service.
