This is an excellent opportunity to join a rapidly growing SME who are currently looking for a Junior Key Account Manager to join their team in Harlow on a permanent basis.

**Client Details**

The client is a rapidly growing SME in the Manufacturing and Production industry, and due to recent growth and success they are currently recruiting for a newly created Junior Key Account Manager role. They are looking for someone with experience in Sales/Administration/ Customer Service who has an excellent phone manner and strong administrative skills, in particular comfortable using Excel and systems.

**Description**
- Assist in account managing up to our top 30 accounts
- Maintain and grow (where applicable the UK business - existing business)
- Help clean up account base and move non-strategic trade customers to distributors
- Work with HofS to create and work on opportunities with existing accounts, be it through existing range or NPD.
- Contribute to and help execute area strategy set out by the company and Head of Sales.
- Assist in creating monthly reports to the business (wins / losses / opportunities with the HOS).
- Provide support to customer services, finance & commercial to ensure responses are proactive to customers
- Build harmonious professional working relationships internally & externally.

**Profile**
- Ideally experience in a Customer facing role
- Ideally experience using SAP or other CRM system
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
- Organised and methodical approach
- Target driven
- Commutable to Harlow
- Competent using MS Office (in particular Microsoft Excel)
