Overview / Responsibilities:
Wood is currently recruiting a People & Organisation (P&O) Coordinator to join our People & Organisation Professional Services team. This role is based in our Aberdeen office and is offered on a part-time basis of two days per week. Key responsibilities will include:
- Assists Team Lead with specific work activities
- Supports P&O with all administration activities as required in support of the employee life-cycle which are not possible to be delivered by Global Shared Services Team or automated by Oracle People
- Support the transition of Administration transactional tasks from East Business Units to Global Shared Service
- Undertake relevant training with GSS to ensure understanding of processes transitioned
- Compile process maps where appropriate
- Support Executive Medical process
- Adminstrator for the P&O Sharepoint Team Site
- Administration support for UK Immigration Right to Work check process
- Responsible for all P&O reporting requirements outwith Oracle People with the ability to critically analyse and interpret data.)

Qualifications:
- Good standard of education
- Excellent Microsoft Office skills across full suite : Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Outlook
- Knowledge of UK business processes
- Strong previous administrative experience
- Excellent communication skills
- Demonstrate ability to critically analyse and interpret data through previous experience
