**Responsibilities**
- Close deals with artists, labels, and management agencies achieving monthly personal target of artist sign ups
- Develop and execute a comprehensive artist acquisition strategy to identify, attract, and onboard top-tier talent across various genres and markets.
- Lead and mentor a team of A&R Outbound Sales Representatives, providing guidance, support, and ongoing training to maximize their performance and success.
- Act as the primary point of contact for artists, guiding them through the PR process and ensuring their needs and expectations are met.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams, including marketing, PR, and creative services, to ensure seamless execution of artist campaigns and projects.
- Build and nurture long-term relationships with artists, serving as their trusted advisor and advocate within Liberty Music PR.
- Continuously update and maintain the CRM system with accurate and relevant artist information and interactions.
- Stay abreast of industry trends, market dynamics, and emerging technologies, providing strategic insights and recommendations to senior management and key stakeholders.
- Drive continuous improvement and innovation within the artist relations department, identifying areas for optimization and implementing best practices and processes.

**Requirements**:

- Proven track record of success in outbound sales and artist representation within the music industry.
- Exceptional pitching skills with the ability to articulate value propositions effectively.
- Strong project management skills with a keen attention to detail and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Resilient mindset with the ability to handle rejection and navigate challenges effectively.
- Proficiency in using CRM software for lead management and relationship building.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and trust with artists.
- Self-motivated and results-driven with the ability to work independently and collaboratively within a remote team environment.

Pay: £21,000.00 per year
