Acorn by Synergie is recruiting for a Production Operative for their client, based in Chippenham. No experience is needed
The purpose of this role is to assist in the completion of all orders set out on the plan, as requested by the Manager, Supervisor or Team Leader, through the correct work-rate. Involving both packing and machine operation, this role requires you to complywith company rules and always working safely, ensuring that food materials handled by you are safe, legal, and of the quality expected by the business and customer.
Further role responsibilities:

- To develop a working environment that is free from intimidation, harassment and bullying
- Work as part of a team and carry out tasks according to instructions
- Ensure you use the correct PPE for the task at all times and the PPE used is in good condition
- To comply with all hygiene and food safety procedures
- To follow company procedures at all times
Role requirements:

- Good communication skills (written and spoken)
- Willing to learn
- Team player
- Excellent attitude and work ethic
Other information:

- 4 on 4 off
- 6am - 6pm
- £10.30 per hour
