**The Role - SEN Teaching Assistant
**For this role, we are actively recruiting for an energetic and enthusiastic SEN Teaching Assistant to work in a SEN school environment. The role will require you to work closely with students who have been diagnosed on the Autistic Spectrum or haveComplex Needs, on a 1:1 basis or in small groups both inside and outside of the classroom. Due to the needs of the students, you will need to build a rapport with them so that you may encourage them to take a more independent approach towards their learningand socialising skills. It is essential for the ideal SEN Teaching Assistant to have experience working with children or young people who have been diagnosed on the Autistic Spectrum or have Complex Needs and challenging behaviour.
**SEN School - SEN Teaching Assistant
**This thriving ASD school is located in Hillingdon and caters for students aged between 4-19 years old with Special Educational Needs such as Autistic Spectrum Disorder. The school is very small and currently have around 210 students who attend theschool therefore, class sizes vary from 8-10 pupils along with 2 teaching assistants in each class. This SEN school has an Ofsted rating of 'Good in all areas from their last inspection in November 2018 and has good transport links as well as on-site parkingavailable.
