**A bit about the role...**:
Woking as part of the Digital Resourcing Team, you will be helping to find the best people to work within our Evolve Programme. You will work closely with our Head of Profession to understand the needs of the Programme, and then work with agencies to source the right Digital Talent.
Working within the Evolve programme you will get to be part of an innovate and creative team, with your creativity being called upon to help us to meet our resourcing needs.
You will work closely with our HR, Legal and Procurement Teams, to ensure that all the relevant legal and procurement Guidelines are followed, and then you will help to onboard people into Team Digital.
You will lead meetings with our Heads of Profession and will need to present information though to our Senior Leadership Team.
This is a fast-moving team, and you will need to be highly organised, and able to quickly respond to change.
**A bit about you**:
You will have experience working with Talent Acquisition, or any area of recruitment. It would be beneficial, though not essential, that your experience is with contingent workforce.
You will be able to quickly pick up new processes, with little management intervention.
You should feel confident solving problems, and be able to come up with solutions, and be able to convince others of the merits of those solutions.
You should feel confident in challenging the status quo, suggesting changes and adaptations that will help to improve our processes.
**Who are we?**:
