We are on the lookout for an enthusiastic Customer Assistant to join our Manchester team. This entry-level role is perfect for individuals passionate about customer service and eager to kickstart their careers in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Customer Support: Greet and assist customers face-to-face, ensuring a welcoming and positive experience by understanding their needs and offering appropriate solutions.
- Sales Assistance: Aid customers in understanding and choosing the best products or services based on their requirements, helping to drive sales and meet team targets.
- Product Knowledge: Maintain a deep understanding of our product range and services to effectively communicate their benefits to customers.
- Feedback Collection: Collect customer feedback and insights to help improve our service offerings and overall customer experience.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with colleagues to ensure a seamless customer service experience, supporting each other to meet and exceed performance goals.

**Qualifications**:
