**Private Client Paralegal - Sheffield**
The role is with a well-established, reputable firm of specialist Solicitors, and represents clients all over the UK.
You'll be joining one of the largest and most successful private client teams outside of London, specialising in the administration of complex and high value estates.
The firm is looking for someone with ideally 3+ years’ experience as a private client paralegal.
- Drafting wills and codicils using established precedents
- Drafting powers of attorney, including Lasting Powers of Attorney (both property and financial affairs and health and welfare)
- Dealing with correspondence and liaising directly with clients and third parties
- Supporting solicitors in the team and helping them manage their caseloads by dealing with specific delegated tasks
- Ensuring files are managed in compliance with Lexcel procedures
- Keeping abreast of changes in legislation and other regulatory aspects by attending training provided
