**The Role**:
Our Graphic Designer should have a good understanding of brand marketing/campaigns and be able to conceptualise a brief from idea stage to producing the final deliverable.

Attention to detail is key as a Graphic Designer when making sure assets are delivered on time, on brand and speaking to our target audience. Great communication skills, the ability to multi-task and meet tight deadlines and working well in a team is a must in this role. As we work with multiple brands within Inspiring Learning, the designer is expected to be able to adapt their style according to the brand guidelines.

The Designer will be reporting to the Studio Manager, sharing creative briefs and internal tasks between the design team. We are looking for a Graphic Designer who is full of ideas and always wanting to learn more of their craft. We welcome new ideas and are always adapting the way we work to ensure we are working efficiently and as hard as possible to produce inspiring relevant visuals.

**About you**:
As a Graphics Designer, you will,
- Demonstrate a strong portfolio and understanding of current marketing campaigns.
- Fluent in Adobe Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator
- Have experience in editing film or animation is a bonus, but not a must.
- Hold great organisational skills and juggling multiple design briefs.
- Conscientious work ethic
- Hard working and honest communication
- Understand how the role integrates within the bigger picture.
- Positive attitude, encouraging those around you.
- Happy to work overtime to meet deadlines and help with the teams work load.

**How we work**:
At Inspiring Learning, we offer a Hybrid working environment located in our Brighton Head Office 2-3 days a week. Our offices are approximately10-15 minutes’ walk to Brighton Station, and 5-10 minutes’ walk to local buses.

Don’t worry if hybrid working isn’t for you, there is the option to be in the office Monday-Friday.
